Why do you use tags?
The format of The EFL Ticker was inspired by FARK.com. The goal is an interface that is user-friendly and fun, that encourages participation as it provides information, that is as enjoyable as it is beneficial.
4) I'm not sure which one to use. What do the various tags mean?
Tongue-in-cheek, makes you smile
Great, fantastic... you know, really good
Uncomfortable or difficult
Not good
Salaries, savings potential, profit - somebody is going to make some money
Cheer for something/someone
Fight, fight! More or less
Not as exciting as "awesome," but appreciated and highly regarded
Not good. Kinda bad
You know, not sane
New teacher meets new country
Obvious, very obvious
Interesting, only more so
Should have happened long ago
Humorous, laugh out loud, etc.
Great idea
Unproven, difficult to determine
