Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experience people who wish to be considered for placement on a suitability list for casual teaching vacancies.

Selection Criteria

1. A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent, with a relevant major/discipline

2. A minimum of two years (post degree), or equivalent, relevant experience in human resource management

3. Hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from the TAE10 Training and Assessment Training Package or be able to demonstrate equivalence of competencies
NOTE: In rare and exceptional circumstances the Director TAFE Services, Faculty may agree to consider applicants who do not currently meet this requirement.

4. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.

5. High level written and oral communication skills in English and Proven ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of educational, industrial or community environments.

6. Commitment and ability to facilitate learning in an adult environment and demonstrated organisational skills applicable to an educational setting.

7. Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and demonstrated ability to contribute in a team environment.

8. Proven strengths in problem solving and change management.
