Position Information

Killara High School is a comprehensive school with an enrolment of 1576 students, including 50% students from a non-English speaking background. The school has a proud tradition of academic excellence and a high public profile. Specific Selection Criteria

Approval to teach English (Years 7– 12) and drama. Skills and/or experience and willingness to coordinate whole school drama productions. Capacity to plan and deliver engaging lessons that integrate the Quality Teaching Framework and maximise learning outcomes for students with diverse learning needs. Demonstrated ability to integrate information technology to enhance student engagement and learning. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a capacity to contribute to faculty and whole school programs and initiatives and work collaboratively as part of a team. *LI
