Temporary English Teaching Summer Tour in Panama!

Through Panama Teacher Match, qualified U.S. teachers will travel to Panama for 6 weeks in the summer of 2016(between late June and mid August, exact dates TBD) to work alongside English teachers in Panamanian public schools assisting in classroom instruction and curriculum development. We are thrilled to announce thatrecruitment has begun for this incredible professional development opportunity for American ESL and EFL teachers.

Placement with Panamanian teachers in a public school
Per diem provided for living expenses

Applicant Requirements:

U.S. citizens residing in the United States
Minimum age of 21
Holds a degree in Education, English, ESL, EFL or related field, from an accredited U.S. higher education institution
Has ESL/EFL certification OR substantial ESL/EFL experience
At least 1 year (12 months) documented U.S. classroom teaching experience
Can provide evidence of certification application in a U.S. state and minimum requisite student teaching of 12 months if they are recent university graduates
Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to new environments and challenging circumstances
International experience; preferably in Latin America, but not required
Demonstrate leadership, maturity, flexibility, responsibility, and commitment
20 openings.

Additional Salary Information: Teachers will receive a daily stipend to cover living costs. Airfare and accomodations are INCLUDED.
